Things to Do Saturday
If you're in town early for Friday night's cocktail party at the Los Gatos Lodge,
or you live close by and would like to hang out during the day with old friends,
here are some things to do Saturday before the big event at 6:00 p.m.

We've tried to keep our suggestions to places fairly close to Los Gatos
as there will still be summer traffic, (especially to Santa Cruz).
If you are heading to the Boardwalk Saturday morning,
we suggest you get an early start both going and coming back.

Or you may decide to stay close to home, relax on the patio
and enjoy lunch by the pool at the Los Gatos Lodge Bar & Grill

Find a Great Place for Lunch
Italian? Indian? Chinese? Seafood? Or a big, juicy steak?
You'll find them all in downtown Los Gatos. So grab a few
friends and head into town to relax over lunch and wine.

                 Play Golf

      Wine Tasting
Less than a mile from the Los Gatos Lodge is the
Testarossa Winery & Tasting Room, the perfect
venue for relaxing with a glass of wine in the stone
cellars or on the beautiful grounds of the state's
fourth oldest continuously operating winery, a
historic Novitiate in downtown Los Gatos.

Hike the Los Gatos Trail
Only a few blocks from the Los Gatos Lodge is an
entrance to the Los Gatos Creek Trail, a 10 mile
paved hiking trail that meanders south to
Lexington Reservoir, north to Oak Meadow Park
or the truly adventurous can hike all the way
to Meridan Avenue in San Jose.

Scroll all the way down for a map of the trail

Visit the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
      It's Senior Sneak Day 1964....
Grab some friends and head to Santa Cruz, just be sure you're
home in time for dinner. You can buy an all-day rides and       attractions package on their web site
